Thank you for shopping with RecovrLab.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. RecovrLab is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before dispatch.

Shipping Delays & Liability We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
