I hurt my knee riding my bike and now I can run easily and I still use it. It is very easy to use. Just like a regular knee brace, it does relieve knee discomfort. It feels better and it does work. It keeps my knees warm whenever I feel tired. Considering buying another one for my other knee. It is well made and comfortable to wear and I have recommended it to friends.

i got this for my ACL torn, it works better when your leg is straighten because the lights might not be the best fit depending on the shape of your knee. Overall, very convenient, i could put it on anytime - not heavy feeling - easily removable, pack inside suitcases
I would highly recommend this product for anyone like me who has Osteoarthritis, very little knee Cartlidge and after several know surgeries on both knees a lot of inflammation and pain!

This panel mini is actually super high quality! I purchased 2 others previously which were very weak and one hat, which doesn’t work anymore :( Decided to look elsewhere and this RecovrLab one actually has NIR light which is something I really wanted. It also has a cooling fan which is a pretty good sign that it’s actually doing what it’s supposed to. It’s a decent size so you can get good coverage and if you get close, it can heat up the area you are using on. I’ve been using for my hair a lot and I noticed some growth. I’m not sure if it’s from the panel or from a hair growth serum I’m using. But there is growth, and I’ve been using this. I also use it on my general face area, feels very good and my skin feels soft. It’s pretty heavy too, so if you are looking for something to keep moving around it’s probably not a good choice. I also like that it lets you do only NIR or RED if you want, I do the NIR while working sometimes since the red gets super bright. Overall, this was a good purchase and I’m not returning. Not sure how it will hold up with time but build quality seems good so far

I bought this red light therapy to help with fine wrinkles. But im now using it for my low back pain and shoulder pain. Which using it for three weeks has really helped with the pain. I also noticed that if I use it in the evening, I sleep better at night. This red light therapy is very easy to set up and use. All you have to do is pull it open and plug it in and set it to the desired setting. It's very sturdy, not cheaply made. I've noticed some difference in my face from using it, my wrinkles seem like there getting finer and my skin is smoother. If your looking for red light therapy device, this is a very nice one to buy. Worth the price and very easy to use.

This red light is really nice to have to the whole body or cover a large area of your body. I mainly use it for recovery muscle fatigue or joint pain. I’ve used it maybe twice a week for about 4 weeks now. This comes with a red light weighing a few pounds, dark glasses for eye protection, string and clamp holder, door holder, and a cable cord to power the machine. It’s very easy to use. Warning, DO NOT stare at the right light without the glasses because it will damage your eyes. You need to take off clothing that you want the red light to touch. There’s two variation, red light and infrared. I mainly use infrared for recovering muscle ache. 10 mins max per session, per day. I do feel less fatigue and less pain so I think it works, lol.

This is an amazing product. I have used smaller red light devices and nothing compares to this device. It is solidly built. When you lift the device to set it up, it is tight. It is sturdy and it did not feel like it was going to tip over. I do appreciate that I am also able to hang this but I sit it on my nightstand and sit in front of it. The red lights are warm and there is also a fan blowing. I am starting slow since I am using this on my face but so far, I am not disappointed. With the size of this device, not only does my face get treatment but so does my neck. As for the goggles, they are OK. The goggle case could be better and I would recommend that you get a different case for the goggles. Overall, this red light device is fantastic and it is something I can easily recommend.
I’ve always used red light therapy for pain in my house but we have the much smaller devices. When I came across the RecovrLab panel mini I was very interested. Firstly, this thing is quality, not cheaply made at all. It’s pretty heavy too. Comes with a sturdy and adjustable stand, eye googles and a bunch of other stuff. The power wire is shorter than I’d like but with the use of an extension cord it was good. I used it last evening on my husband’s knees. He sat on the chair and hung his legs so it was in direct contact with the light. This light definitely helps to alleviate stubborn pains over time. It’s like having professional light therapy in the comfort of your home.
Just plug in and go!! I have been using for a few months and I like the results so far. I wish I’d paid the extra and ordered the one with the stand.

I know it’s pricey, but honestly this is sturdy and seems to be great quality. I get facials and she always used red light. I noticed I started feeling more relaxed and my acne chills after it. So, I decided to take the plunge and get one at home for daily use. I’ve been using it before bed, and I am sleeping much better. Mind you, I have terrible anxiety.. not only that I have pmdd with up and down hormones. My doctors and I have tried about everything. No, this doesn’t cure it, but it’s helping calm my acne and stress. I also had a dark brown freckle that’s lighter. Also, if I get anti aging benefits that’s just a win. I do feel a small amount of warmth which is soothing to me. My main concern is my face, but I’m glad it reaches my whole body. I do this in my bedroom with the door shut. Within two days my acne is much calmer, within the first use my acne already started healing.

This is really nice. It heats up and warms your knee. Fits nicely and doesn't slide down. It's rechargeable, comes with a charger, and you can walk around with it on your knee. It's also real quiet.
