Which one are you?
Heavy Leg Days
Squats, lunges and long rides leave the knee stiff and the quads sore the morning after, and the next session arrives before you've really shaken it off.
Impact That Adds Up
Running, jumping, and court sports load the same joint thousands of times in a single session. That's exactly why it creeps up on you.
Returning From Injury
Returning to training after time off, when the joint needs more support than your confidence is ready to trust. Get back to it without second-guessing every step.
Long Days Upright
Trades, nursing, hospitality, retail. Hours on concrete that nobody would call exercise, but your legs know the difference by knock-off.

FAQ
Frequently asked
Do I need these if I already have the knee wrap?
They do different jobs. The wrap is a sit-down session with light and heat on the joint, usually 15 to 40 minutes. The sleeves are what you wear while you move. Most people who own both wear the sleeves through training or the work day, and use the wrap afterwards.
How do I know what size to order?
Measure your thigh circumference about 15cm above the middle of your kneecap and match it to the chart: S 35-45cm, M 46-50cm, L 51-57cm, XL 58-63cm, 2XL 64-69cm, 3XL 70-75cm. If you land between two sizes, go up for all-day comfort or down for firmer support.
Is it sold as a pair?
Yes. Two sleeves, one price. A lot of brands quietly sell singles at a similar number, so it is worth checking what you are actually comparing.
Will they slide down?
There is an anti-slip silicone band around the upper thigh, and the panel there is cut wider to give it something to grip. If a pair still creeps down on you, the size is almost always too large rather than the band failing.
Can I wear them under work trousers?
Yes. The knit is around 2mm, so it sits under jeans, work trousers and trackpants without bunching or showing through.
How long can I wear them for?
Two to six hours at a stretch is the sensible range, either during activity or afterwards. Take them off before bed rather than sleeping in them.
Can I wear them for sport?
That is mostly what they are built for. Running, court sports, gym sessions, cycling, hiking, and long days on your feet.
What are they made of?
Copper-infused nylon at 70 to 85 percent with spandex at 15 to 30 percent. The copper-infused yarn is there to help manage odour and moisture through long wear.
How do I wash them?
Cold hand wash, or machine wash cold in a laundry bag. Air dry flat. No bleach, no ironing, no tumble dryer and no dry cleaning. They hold their shape well as long as you keep them out of the dryer.
Is there anyone who should not wear them?
Do not wear them over broken skin, and do not sleep in them. If you have circulation problems, diabetes, neuropathy or any diagnosed condition affecting your legs, speak to your doctor before wearing compression garments.
