How does red light therapy work?

What is 1060nm and why does it matter?
It is the deepest-penetrating near-infrared wavelength available in a home panel, going beyond the standard 810-850nm range into tendons, fascia and deeper tissue. It is rarely included even in premium devices.
How far away should I be, and for how long?
About 15cm for full output. Sessions run 10 to 20 minutes per area, 4 to 5 times a week. Daily use is fine. Most consistent users notice a difference within 2 to 4 weeks.
